Hello,
You can give both of the exams as these two exams gives admissions into the top colleges like VIT UNIVERSITY and BITS.These two colleges are very good un terms of faculty and placements.
If you want options available to you at the time of admission then definitely you can go for both the entrance exams.Visit their respective websites to apply.
