After the completion of your 12th standard you can appear for the following exams:

• SSC Grade C and Grade D Stenographer
• RRB Assistant Loco Pilot
• Railway Group D
• Indian Army Exam for the post of Technical Entry Scheme, Mahila Constables, Soldiers, Junior Commissioned Officers for Catering
• Indian Navy Exam for the post of Sailor, Artificer Apprentice and Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR)
• Security Forces like BSF, CRPF, SSB, ITBP, CISF
• Indian Coast Guard Exam for the post of Sailors, Technicians, Assistant Commandants and Airmen
• All India Entrance Exam NDA for Armed Forces

Popularly after class 12th you have SSC CHSL which is mostly given by many students after 12. Other than that there is RRB exams for 10+2 level particularly in the RRB NTPC. Also you can sit SSC MTS. These are all for the Central Government service.

Except this you can give as per the notifications of Jobs at your state PSC. As you have not availed proper details I can't say particularly about this.
