After tenth first yoy will do your eleventh and twelth for that you have to choose between science, arts and commerce.

If you are asking about the stream you have to choose to study law in future, let me tell you. You can choose any of the stream science, commerce or arts.Consider this, which field are you comfortable with and which graduate degree would you like. 

If you plan on pursuing BA.LL.B then opt for subjects in Art such as Political science, Sociology, Economics, English, History

In case you plan for BBA.LL.B then the subjects of commerce such as accounts can be taken.

For further clarification I would suggest you look up the various subjects which are taught in the respected degree.But yes Political science plays a vital role in pursuing Law when studying constitution.
