There is nothing called as best or worst in the streams you mentioned.in general, the value/output of a course is totally dependent on the person taking it.

If mathematics intrests you most or want to pursue engineering go for MPC and if biology interests you the most or want to be a part of health sector then go for BIPC .

just acknowledge that the opportunities at both of this streams are enormous and it's you, the one who Will be flourishing your future if you choose the right stream that suits you the most.
