Each branch has its own opportunities.It all depends on which area your are interested in.You may very well choose the related branch of your interest.Unless you have interest you cannot be a successful Engineer.Today's world is more competitive, so you have to prove yourself as the best.If you are interested in machinery and physics, you may choose Mechanical Engg.If you are interested in programming then you can choose CSE/IT.There is a boom for these courses.In the future Mechatronics and Robotics may play a vital part.
