If you want to join ISRO then you would better take Aerospace Engineering as this course is rarely offered and there are no many graduates in this field. You should be the best in this field and you should not have any nuisance upon you. This field helps you to get core knowledge before starting your career in ISRO. You need to write an exam to get into ISRO and get a good score in that. There is no much difference taking any branch as all are equal but there would be more advantage if you take Aerospace Engineering.
