generally CSE branch is having more placement than ECE BECAUSE OF THE boom of coding field nowadays and new fields like artificial intelligence and machine learning emerging there. however if you do well in ECE branch you can get a better placement than CSE guy.

Hi Yashwant, ECE is having more jobs in government sector. While CSE has more jobs in private sector. And job vacencies are more inn private sector as compare to government sector. So it will be easy to get jobs in CSE.
