Both of these are very much in scope nowadays but Ayurveda is in much more scope. As you know, Yoga and meditations are in Ayurveda , It is also known that Ayurveda is better than other treatments. Herbal medicines are also utilised more in Ayurveda and it also more effective and vast than Siddha. Hence, Ayurveda is getting very popular in today's time.
