to tell the truth neither of you would get you a high paying job just after completion of master  of science course either in electronics or physics. however after the m.sc you are eligible to apply for private engineering or graduation colleges as lecturers of physics or electronics. also you may apply for phd or m.tech  course just after completing the masters. if you want to get research fellowship or jobs it would be best to do m.sc from iits. iit conducts IITJAM exams every year to admission in m.sc courses in different iits.
