In India, there is no parallel ranked institute than AIIMS. However, AIIMS Patna is still under construction but you can get sufficient infrastructure for your studies here. Infrastructure is upto good level. Reputation and Ranking of AIIMS is higher than JIPMER in India.

AIIMS Patna is beter brand and rnaked hugher as against JIPMER. 

AIIMS brand reputation can fetch vaeious lucrative opportunities and excellent learning methodology and training ofdered woth nest in class exposure to live cases of prime importance. 

JIPMER too has great learning and placements, however lacks infrastructure and training facilities in comparison to AIIMS.

Hence, AIiMS should be preferred.
