Dear Manish, if you are currently in 12th, for you to get into medical stream, you will have to apply for NEET UG exam and based on your score and the reservation category, you are assigned a rank. This rank allows you to appear for counselling of Medical and Dental seats. If you get a seat, congratulations and you have entered the world of Medicine. However if you haven't been able to secure a seat, you have other options as well.

1.You can attempt entrance tests like JIPMER and AIMS which dont fill their seats through NEET. 

2. Reattempt NEET the next year while pursuing your Degree course.

3. Join other courses like B.P.T, etc which is also gaining its momentum. I graduate in Physiotherapy and I can vouch for that.
