There is no 100% fee waiver for SC/ST students in any of the 15 IIITs. Each IIIT has its own waiver policy because the Central Government and the State Governments decide on the fee waiver for their IIITs. For example, IIIT A has various scholarships for SC/ST students. IIIT Kalyani also has fee waiver though not 100% fee waiver. Most IIITs offer upto 90% fee waiver for SC/ST Candidates and 100% Hostel fee waiver.
