NIT Bhopal, SVNIT, MNIT Jaipur, MANIT Bhopal, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Manipur, NIT Rourkela and SVNIT, Surat have ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING - VLSI & EMBEDDED SYSTEMS and IITs like IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur are there which offer the same.
