Hello Avaneesh,

 IIT delhi's electrical department is  considered as the best electrical department among IITs in India. As  IIT Bombay have best Computer Science department and IIT madras for it's known for its Civil branch. If you want to persue electrical engineering then I would suggest you to go for IIT Delhi .
