The official answer keys of NEET-UG has not been released yet,but unoffically many institutes have submitted the answer keys,which one is accurate cannot be determined until the official answer keys are out,but mostly the answers of all the institutes are almost the same,it may get varied by few questions,but,they are almost right.

For the confusion with 4-5 questions  I would  suggest you to try matching the questions with 3-4 different institute answer keys,the option which is present in maximum would most probably be the right answer.
