Personally, a lot depends upon you and how you handle stress. Whether you can manage living in hostel and prepare for 1 year in Kota Allen Institute or would prefer to do Aakash from your city centre itself, is a decision you will have to make. Definitely these two institutes top the chart for medical preparation. But there are others like Resonance, Mist Plus , etc.

For taking a drop i think in my personal opinion Allen career institute of kota is the best. The experience that the teacher has is awesome and the study material is too good. The competition is huge so you know where you stand in the crowd. They will clear your concepts from basics and go up-to higher level of jee advance. This the speciality of allen.
