Both engineering branches are good. Aeronautical engineering is the study of aircrafts which you see in earth atmosphere like aeroplanes, jets etc. as per job concern there are more companies which recruits these engineers. Aerospace engineering is study of spacecrafts like isro do need engineers who have done aerospace engineering.
