Well it's hard to say as both autonomous and non- autonomous has their advantages and disadvantages. However autonomous colleges have an updated syllabus, whereas non- autonomous colleges doesn't change their syallabus that often. Autonomous colleges have high fee pattern whereas non- autonomous colleges most of them are government colleges that is why they have low fee pattern. Also government colleges have a more Better repute and result for obvious reason of being government institution.

For me non - autonomous colleges are better. Rest it's upon you, you should make a choice according to your likings.
