Both BBA and B tech have very bright futures and both the fields are very popular in today's  world and are student favorites. The choice totally depends on you and the things you find interesting.

Btech is Bachelor of Technology and you will learn technical skills. BBA teaches managerial skills and it is better for business and startups. Btech is science related and is a professional course according to industry, it is a 4 year course and thus provides better jobs after Bachelor degree while BBA is more commerce related. But if you want to go for masters then BBA is a better field, as it is easy. Doing MBA increases the opportunities for better jobs. Even students pursuing btech goes for MBA after their Bachelor degree for better job opportunities and strengthening their position in the industry.

I would suggest you complete your b.tech degree then opt for MBA as this will provide you with great job opportunities in different top MNC'S with rewarding salaries and benefits.

See both are equally good courses . Btech is more of science related because you should have mathematics in class 12 as a compulsory subject whereas bba is more commerce related .
In btech you will learn about technical skills ,whereas in bba you will develop your business and communication skills.
Talking about fees the fees of btech courses are generally more than bba whereas the placements are generally similar for both . But if you have done btech from a top college like nit or iit then your starting salary will be more than bba , so at last it's your decision choose the one which you find more interesting.
