BCA is the bachelor degree in computer application for as b.tech is bachelor degree Technology. Information science engineering includes all the theories and works that uses science and maths for solving  complex IT problems.

First of all you have to be sure of what you are interested. Your career will be dependent on what course you choose to study. If you wanted to be a bachelor in computer application you can get admission for the degree in colleges or universities. BTech is a four year course that includes many courses. Also to be an information science engineer you have to be and engineering degree holder.

The jobs after all these three above mentioned courses are almost similar. You will be getting the job based on computer but your work will be different.

All the three courses have its own pros and cons. You have to choose what you think you can study without stress and sure about completing. Hope you may able to choose a right career. All the above mentioned courses are great.
