As far as I know, BMS College of Engineering is better than BMSIT. If possible go for BMS College of Engineering its a really good college. Infact it is considered among the top colleges in bangalore. More famous for core branh.

As per your query I would suggest you to go for BMS College of Engineering over BMSIT. This is because BMS College of Engineering is NAAC 'A' Grade Accredited and all courses are NBA Accredited. Also the college is autonomous institute under VTU University.
