Greetings!

Both the branches are very similar but  cse is slightly better when  compared to ISE.

Cse is a branch which deals with the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Little bit of "hardware" knowledge is needed for a software engineer and cse deals with hardware as well whereas ISE deals with only software.
