see bioinformatics related with biotechnology, mathematics, computer application related with biological data, however in b.tech course the applications and engineering part is more than bsc course. since it is an interdisciplinary course, it has better scope  in masters course, however you are more intersted for job just after passing graduation, you should take biotechnology/ IT as btech course, if you have jest for higher studying than you may go for btech in bioinformatics.
