Both the courses are good and it depends upon your interest in which field you want to go. Still I will mention some deatils about both the course and you will get some information and idea.

Btech CSE - Btech is the most sought field and also placements are good compared to others. Also if you have good college then it would be more helpful. After Btech you can do Mtech or can do MBA also. Some jobs include Computer operator, Hardware designer, system engineer, coding and etc.

BCA - It is also the field in which many students prefer but then you need to have good college sp that you have good placements. It is for those who are interested in information technology. Some jobs include system developer, Sofware architect, system administrator, Business field  ( By MBA), Database manager.
