Both the you have chosen are government colleges and from them my choice is jntu ananthapur . Because that college has best infrastructure and older than Vijayanagar and if you have choice you can choose jntuk but you feel any difficulty you can choose jntu vizrm . Because it is also a government college and nowadays government colleges are also having good academic knowledge and they are updating themselves . According to your comfort you can choose any of them .
