If you are referring to total fees for B.tech and affordable hostel facilities m, all under 1 lakh then it’s quite impossible. It’s not really possible to get such facilities under 1 lakh. Below are few colleges which offer affordable B.tech:

1) JNTUHCEH Hyderabad…Fees- Rs. 0.82 lakhs

2) University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad

Fees Rs. 0.81 lakhs

3)Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Hyderabad Fees Rs. 0.72 lakhs

4) VCE, Hyderabad Fees Rs. 1.21 lakhs
