Dear aspirant,

The answer is that when compared to the demand for AI and ML professionals has risen in India exponentially, the demand for generic Computer Science professionals has dipped. Further, Artificial Intelligence is valued at approx INR 80 crores at present and is expected to further grow at a rate of 40% over the next 5 years.

Reason for AI and ML integration in various Enterprises is that a rapidly growing need amongst various enterprises to deliver an enhanced customer experience while enhancing productivity and accurately maintaining their inventory is actually driving the integration of AI and ML.

At present time it is better to take AI as a branch in respect of market demands rather than C.C.E. but C.C.E. will always remain one of the most chosen branch for a computer communication sector.

Hope this helps you..

Best of luck..
