You can prefer CSC and CSD over CSM, as Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning are evolving terms it will take time to be recognized. But CSC and CSD are already recognized courses.

Whatever the course is but it completely depends upon your level of interest. If you have interested in forensics and crime branches then you should choose Computer Science with cyber security. If you are interested in Robotics and coding for machines then you should opt for Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. If you are interested in analytics and statistical data then go with Computer Science with Data science.
