Both the Branches are good in their own aspect, both has good job opportunities, the only difference between CSE and IT is that IT branches focuses on software part while CSE branch focuses on both hardware and software part, comparatively CSE branch has more good career opportunities than IT branch, but the thing is of interest, where your interest is, what branch you prefer more and where your interest is. So both the Branches are good but go with your own interest.
