If we take a glance from the surface then D degree is better than B degree here D pharma means doctor of pharmacy  and B pharma means bachelor of pharmacy, simply D pharmacy 6 year academic program while in majority of countries B pharma is about 5 year academic program in order to take doctoral degree candidate will have to  do again 2 year additional academic program that means the total duration become 7 year if candidate is going through B pharma, in this aspect D pharma is better than B pharma, but if it is about study then I would suggest B pharma is dominant over D pharma, because in B pharma you will be dealing with more clinical aspect and more deep study in comparison of D pharma.
Now it is your choice with which aspect you want to go.
