Kirori Mal is a government college affiliated to DU and has been accredited NAAC "A+",  the course fee structure is less, it's around 37.03 K.

Ramjas College is one of the finest educational institutions in India affiliated to DU. However, it's fees is 40.48 K for BA course and is a decent college for BA.

They both are the best but if you can get both than Kirori Mal would be the best as per the placements.
