The city campus and RR campus is lively and great in terms of activities, environment, facilities, faculty like hackathon ,hacktober and many more events are being conducted from time to time.

If we talk about academics, both the campus offer same level of education, it just depends on how much your efforts on how to grow and shine.

P ES (city campus) is new one and PES (RR campus) is old, some may prefer RR campus due to old campus, but believe study level is same in both as Both are product of same University.

I would rather suggest you to focus on your interest if you prefer CSE, go for City campus else if you prefer ECE you can go with RR campus.
