I would suggest you to go for Abes College as it's affiliated to AKTU/UPTU so you will get a government degree which is always much preferred more than a pvt. University degree. Another thing is yes the management of AKTU is Not Good. And the University keeps changing Some Rules. As much as as know Graphic Era University is situated in Uttarakhand and is a pvt deemed University. It's on. You both have benefits now you must choose what's best for you. 

Another thing is you can try for LPU it's much better than Rest Pvt Uni's and provides huge scholarship.
