both JIPMER & AIIMS are equally good
both conduct their own examination for selection in Medicine
Aiims is better in terms of more number of colleges
a more familiar exam also while studying for NEET you can prepare for Aiims side by side
for JIPMER you really need some good amount of extra knowledge related to the subject
your selection rate is higher in Aiims due to more number of colleges.

Ruhani since both the name of the instiInst's are better but in comparison among both these institutions you should definitely go with the option AIIMS.
