Computer science is not that easier than Civil engineering. You need to spend a lot of effort and time in order to make your future bright in Computer/Software sector but if you are ready for the efforts then you should choose Computer science.
In civil engineering, you have more of a chance to experience the real world. You are useful even in undeveloped countries. You might be more capable outside work as well. The fast pace of technology means software engineers have to constantly learn new methods.
