First thing  I would like to say is that the choice is yours .I would try to highlight a few points ,rest it depends upon you which College you want to join .

Since both the Colleges are government there course fee is almost the same (around 50k) .But the Midnapore College was granted permission as a Medical College in the year 2004 on the other hand Murshidabad Medical college is a new one  ( estd 2012) .If you consider that prospect Midnapore would be a better choice .Though the infrastructure at Murshidabad would be better as it's newly  estd .

But if I were to choose I would have chosen Midnapore over Murshidabad Medical  College.

I would tell you to choose Midnapore Medical College than Murshidabad Medical College. Murshidabad medical college was granted permission as a medical college very recently (2012). Midnapore Medical college is much older than this. Both the colleges have experienced and qualified faculties.
Midnapore medical college also provides post-graduation courese. Also the college manages huge patient loads.
The hostel fees in Midnapore Medical college is rupees 12 per month. The hostel rooms are shared my three members. The PG are available at rupees 1000 onwards. The condition of the hostel is quite good and is maintained semi annually it is not air conditioned but it is quite good as per government standards.
