see the only difference that can be said is that Bachelor of Technology is more practical oriented whereas bachelor of Engineering is more theory based so I'll suggest you to go for Btech.

Both degrees are equally important. If you are really interested in science and want to do PhD and get into teaching profession in long run, you should go for BSc. However, if you want to contribute to the industry or want to get into entrepreneurship, you should go for BTech
