Below I have provided the complete details regarding the three colleges that you have mentioned - 

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering : 

• Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering was eshbtablished in the year 1990 and is a private owned college. The college is affiliated to University of Mumbai and has a faculty of 71 people.
• The college offers courses such as B.E./B.Tech , M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D.
• The college has the facilities like separate boys and girls hostel, gym, library,cafeteria,medical/hospital, convenience store etc.
• As far as the placement goes, B.E./B.Tech students gets a package of about 3.10 Lakhs. 

New Horizon Institute of Technology and Management : 

• The college was eshbtablished in the year 2014 and is affiliated to University of Mumbai. It is a private owned college with a faculty of about 61 people.
• The college offers courses for B.E./B.Tech .
• Though it is a co-ed college, but hostel facilities is not available. Facilities like library, cafeteria,transport,medical/hospital etc. are available.

Saraswati College of Engineering : 

• The college was esbtablished in the year 2004 and is a privately owned. The college has a faculty of 119 people and is affiliated to University of Mumbai.
• Courses like B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech are offered by the college.
• The college has been acrredited grade 'B' by NAAC.
• Facilities like gym, cafeteria, convenience store, medical/hospital etc are available.

Now according to me, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering is the best among the above mentioned three colleges. It has all the facilities that should be in a good college and since it is a old college, so it will have much more teaching experience than the other two colleges. However, apart from this college, Saraswati College of Engineering is also a good option. Now its totally upto you that which college will you choose.
