if we gotta compare between these two, i would recomend you to go for "driems group of institution" as they provide better placements and have better faculty, you will enjoy the environment as well.

DRIEMS Group of Institutions (DRIEMS), Cuttack offers a full-time 4-year B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. According to last year placement records around 20-30% of the students get placed with the highest package offered as Rs. 6 lakhs per annum.

Rahul no doubt go for Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune college which is established and way better than the driems college in every aspect.
