It is impossible to compare the two colleges. I will you an overview so you can choose carefully.
HBTU
1. placements: CS, IT, Mechanical, chemical, paint,plasctic, food this branches have a good placement record with average packaging approaching to 10 lpa. Companies like paytm, optum,uber,global logics, tcs etc come for recruitment
2. Infrastructure: not a very good one
3. Future after HBTU: Prepare for competitive exams like GATE, CAT, IES, IAS etc as the college has a good record when it comes to having a good result in this exams.
Faculty: not considering the 1st years faculty they are quite experienced and teaches well. They have a great faculty for mechanical department.
ait provides BE in 4 courses ( CS, IT, MECH,ENTC) where as hbtu provides btech in 13 courses. The placements of ait are commendable. If you wish to join the army then ait gives you apt surrounding and environment for it. The level of HBTU is same as that of COEP. It will be better to compare HBTU with COEP or VJTI.
Placements wise ait has the highest package of 39 lpa and students are placed in companies like Microsoft, Google, cognigent, byju's.
