In my opinion, you should go for Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU). It has excellent  infrastructure, good crowd and faculty. You will find and awesome college life here.
Moreover, Deen Dayal Upadhyay College has better ranking and review than Janki Devi college.
Just one con being it's location is a off campus.
