I would advise you to choose ECE if you want to compare the two courses. We all know that CCE is a subject connected to computer science, however let me assure you that CSE graduates will be given preference in hiring. However, choosing ECE will provide you access to both IT and ECE openings, increasing your chance of being chosen. You can choose the course based on your interests right now, but given the variety of alternatives and opportunities, I believe ECE will be preferable.
