Coming to your question I would like to tell you that you should go for the sgsits if you are getting the ECE branch there as both colleges are good but sgsits is more as compared to the davv as it is one of the oldest which was established in 1952, so it has got the experienced whole bunch of professor's which makes it academics upto the mark.
