So. to answer your question, i would say both of these books are really really good and they, being NCERT books, are going to be really helpful for NEET preparation, because as you might be knowing, NCERT plays a major role in NEET question papers, and if you can read NCERT books well, you can have a good scoring side. But yes , among the two books  ,  MTG fingertips is more handy and you should use that for last minute revision purposes, and if time permits, you should complete the MTG complete guide because it has everything in great details.
