MBA gives you straight away management roles and lucrative salry with glamsham opportunities across the Globe if done from top20 Bs hools.

UPSC us more of administration of services and is mor einclined towards better ment of nation. Salary comparatively is lower than MBA.

UPsC has hierarchy and takes more time to be at top positions.

MBA is shortcut to senior management.
