The better one among these two college options is SDM Dharwad. It's infrastructure, placements and faculty is much better than that of GIT Belgaum. The reputation of GIT has been fading away year by year and the placements are below average. SDM college has decent placement statistics with even few top MNCs visiting for recruitment. The faculty of ISE is also good enough.

The fee varies according to your means of admission- i.e. through govt. entrance test or management quota. You may find details of the ISE dept here-
