IIIT Una is running in the campus of NIT Hamirpur and there is no discrimination between the students of the two. They share same hostels, same classes, same teachers and same placement. And the campus is not going to be built in atleast  4–5 years as the construction is not started yet.

Indra Ghandhi Delhi Technical University for Women is a great well established  name and it has better infrastructure and placement opportunities than that of IIIT Una
