CSE is Computer Science Engineering that is; it describes the hardware working of the computer and the various languages that can be operated on a system.

CSE with specialization comprises the study of the system working, storage properties as well as how the data can be stored efficiently in the system.

Certainly, CSE with specialization is better as it is new and has great demand in the market thus better job opportunities.

My advice would be to go with B.tech in Computer Science in comparison to other specialized fields. All other fields would give you only a specific direction and will restraint your further growth whereas B.tech in CSE will widen the horizon which can later meet any of the vertical.
