Your choices are more or less same, you just need to find what makes you more excited when you think you're going to study this. CSE is also a good option, there are many colleges out there which offer CSE but in my opinion if you are going for CSE please don't look out for private college, go for government colleges instead, they gives you more exposure and a good placement.
Every field is best in some or the other way, AI also has a great scope now a days not only in India but abroad also, there are more chances to settle abroad if you choose AI especially the countries like Japan, China, America.

Choose what excites you :)
