If you have no particular interests then go with Electronics and Instrumentation at Jadavpur. Reason being that Electronics and Instrumentation offers better placement after graduation than Chemical. There are job opportunities in Chemical but you'll have to do your masters for that. Most IT companies allow students from circuit branches to sit for placement.
